Upon closure of an account for non-breach reasons, helpslotswin will return any real-money balance (net of bonus funds and pending bonus-derived winnings) to the player via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Accounts closed for material breach or fraud may have balances withheld pending investigation.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting helpslotswin support. Prior to processing a voluntary closure, helpslotswin will confirm the player's identity and process any pending eligible withdrawals.
